Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you purchased and if for whatever reason our product does not meet your expectations, simply return it for refund within 14 days or return it for store credit or exchange it within 30 days of delivery (if the item is a gift, notify our team via email prior to the end of the return window to receive an extension).

Returns & exchanges are self-serviced through our returns portal: returns.acerivington.com. If you run into any issues or need additional support, please reach out to our customer service team.

Items must not be worn, washed, or altered and must be in their original condition. All footwear and accessory returns must include the original box in its original condition. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Returns and exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the items returned. Flash sale items or any sale items 30% or over are non-refundable. Select sale may be marked as “final sale” and are not eligible for return/exchange.

PROCESSING FEE:

For all items returned for a refund there will be a 10% restocking fee. Items returned for exchange or store credit will be processed free of charge.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be initiated at the time a return is processed, credited to the original card used at purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the reversal to land in your account. After 3-5 business days we recommend contacting your bank prior to reaching back out us, as most delays at that point will be resolvable by your financial institution. If you continue to have issues or need information to provide the bank, please reach out to our support team and we will do our best to assist you.

STORE CREDIT:

In the event that you are issued store credit, you will receive a gift card equal to the entire amount you are owed. Your credit will not expire and can be used both online or in-store.

DENIM ALTERATIONS POLICY:

Denim that has been altered in any way are considered final sale. This includes denim hemming, tapers, waist pinch, and all alterations made at Ace Rivington or elsewhere. *No exceptions will be made.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

In addition to above return policy, if you return an item, we will refund the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. You will be responsible for any shipping charges. For all international returns, please reach out to service@acerivington.com to initiate a return.
